Jamie has three children, a daughter who graduated from SMNW in 2022 and two current SMNW high school students.  Jamie's son is a Senior and her youngest is a Sophomore.  Her oldest daughter recently returned from a youth exchange year in Chile through the Lenexa Rotary.  She is attending the University of Arizona.  Jamie and her husband are involved with the SMNW girls and boys soccer booster clubs as well as the PTSA.

Jamie is a Regional Business Director at a global oncology company, Emmy Award winning journalist, and founder of SMSD Circle of Kindness.  Jamie believes in a growth mindset as she continues to take graduate level classes through Cornell University.

Previously, Jamie volunteered with abused and neglected children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), mentored students through Kansas State University's School of Business Executive Mentorship program, Girl Scout Leader, Youth Service Alliance Leader, and Girls Youth Basketball coach.

Jamie attends Jacob's Well Church.  She and her family have lived in the SMSD area for over 15 years.
